Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@rymcare.com.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping Costs
You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
